Adpedia is seeking a Technical Services Engineer to join the technical team.
As a technical services engineer, you will own the design, implementation,
and delivery of technical integratoin solutions for our clients.
You will also serve as a bridge between our valued customers and our services,
ensuring seamless integra-tion, troubleshooting issues, and providing technical support.
Qualification
Proven track record in technical support, engineering, or a related field,
showcasing your ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Strong proficieny in programming languages (Jana, Python, SQL) and in cloud
(GCP, AWS, Azure) and cloud technologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to
both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cus-tomers to understand their technical needs
and requirements to provide expert guidance on solutionimplementation and optimization.
Technical Expertise: Diagnose and resolve in-tricate technical issues.
Client Transparency: Develop and deliver tech-nical training to client,
while also participating in the creation and maintenance of detailed technical documentation, troubleshooting guides,
and best practices to facilitate seam-less customer interactions
Market Knowledge: Stay up to date with in-dustry trends and emerging technologies
to continuously improve upon technical exper-tise and apply it to customer interactions
